If it doesn't belong in your space, return it within 60 days — no explanation needed. Fewer than 3% of Brassna fixtures are ever returned; the window simply exists for your complete confidence.

How to return

    Tell us

    Email support@brassna.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number. No forms, no back-and-forth.

    We collect

    We arrange complimentary collection on request, so the piece gets back to us with no hassle on your side.

  3. 03

    Full refund

    Once your return reaches us, we refund the full amount to your original payment method — typically within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or faulty?

If a piece arrives damaged or doesn't meet our standard, it's covered separately under our Limited Lifetime Warranty — email us with a photo and we'll put it right straight away.

Made-to-order & bespoke pieces

Standard finishes and configurations enjoy the full 60-day return. Pieces made bespoke to your specification — a custom size, a special engraving, a one-off finish — are crafted only for you and are final sale. If you're unsure whether your order qualifies, just ask before you buy and we'll confirm.
