A note on living finishes

Unlacquered Brass and Antique Copper are living finishes — made to patina, deepen, and tell the story of your home over time. This natural aging is the intended character of the material, not a defect, and sits outside the finish warranty.

What's not covered

  • The natural patina and color change of living finishes
  • Improper installation, misuse, accidents, or excessive force
  • Harsh chemical cleaners, abrasives, or mineral buildup
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Commercial installations beyond the 5-year term
  • Repairs or alterations by unauthorized parties

How to make a claim

    Email Client Care. Write to support@brassna.com with your order number and a short description.

  2. 02

    Send a photo or short video of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

  3. 03

    We put it right. Within 1–2 business days we ship free replacement parts — or, where appropriate, arrange a replacement.

Proof of purchase is required, and coverage applies to the original purchaser. To activate lifetime coverage, simply keep your order confirmation — no registration needed.

Installation

Most issues trace back to installation. Follow the step-by-step guides on the Brassna YouTube channel, or reach us at support@brassna.com before you begin and we'll walk you through it. Damage caused during installation, or by excessive force, is not covered.
