• Leaking items or parts
• Durability of the finish of all items
• Products not as described by the images/descriptions

Simply send an image/video and a description of the issue. We will ship you Free replacement parts to fix it. Or you can have a full total refund on your purchase. 

Please note that damaged items during installation are a special case. So please handle installation carefully.

To install the items follow the simple video instructions on Brassna Youtube Channel. Or contact us at contact@brassna.com and we'll provide all the assistance needed. Using unnecessary force can damage the items during the process.

For returns other than the cases described above. You can ship back the items in a 60-days period for a full refund.
