  • Standard Orders: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process and dispatch your items.

  • Custom Orders: For bespoke requests, including custom sizes or specific finishes, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for our artisans to craft your piece to your exact specifications. During periods of high demand, extensive customizations may require 1–2 weeks.

We kindly note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Should there be any significant delay with your order, we will personally contact you via email or phone to keep you informed.

Shipping Standards & Delivery Estimates

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping via DHL Express for all orders.

Below are the estimated delivery times once your package has been dispatched:

  • USA: 3–5 business days* (Please see the important note below regarding U.S. imports)

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Canada, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway: 4–8 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days

  • Singapore: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–14 business days
