Why made to order
Brassna pieces aren't pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each fixture is cast in solid brass and hand-finished to order — in the finish and size you choose. That care is the reason for the short wait, and the reason the piece arrives exactly as specified.

The price at checkout is the price you pay. Brassna ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via DHL — we cover all duties and customs, so there's nothing to pay on delivery. U.S. customs clearance may occasionally add a few days, but never a bill.

We don't ship on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, extensive customizations may add 1–2 weeks — we'll always contact you personally if there's a significant delay.
