Welcome to Brassna. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brassna.com and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Our products

Brassna products are made from solid brass and are largely made to order. Finishes such as Unlacquered Brass and Antique Copper are living finishes designed to patina and change over time — this is intended character, not a defect. Product images are as accurate as possible; natural variation in handcrafted pieces is normal.

3. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate prices and availability, but errors can occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any order affected by an error.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and may cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. We will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy, returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, and product coverage by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Please review those pages, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on brassna.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Brassna or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brassna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Brassna against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
