Description +
A vessel sink is the one fixture in a bathroom that is allowed to be an object rather than a utility. This one earns it.
Crafted from solid-gauge copper — hand-hammered to a thickness that rings true. Pick it up and you’ll know the difference.
The basin is raised from a single disc of 16-gauge solid copper and worked outward by hand until the walls stand straight and the floor falls gently to the drain. The hammering is dense and even - close to thirty thousand strikes - which is what gives the surface its shifting, water-like depth under light.
Never plated. Never copper-coloured steel. Left unlacquered, it will move from bright penny through amber to a deep settled brown, and it will do it faster around the waterline, which is exactly the point. Copper is naturally antimicrobial.
Specifications: 16-gauge solid copper, hand-hammered interior and exterior, straight-sided round vessel form, above-counter installation, standard 1.5" drain opening, no cutout required, unlacquered.
Installation needs no cutout - the basin sits on the counter over a standard 1.5" hole, so it suits a retrofit onto existing stone as easily as a new build. Pair it with a tall vessel faucet or a wall-mounted spout. Care is a rinse and a dry cloth; avoid bleach and abrasive creams, which strip patina back to bare copper.
No two Brassna sinks are identical. Each hammer mark is placed with intention. Your sink will never look like your neighbor’s.

Questions & Answers
Everything you need to know
Does Brassna brass change color over time?
Yes — and that is the point. Our unlacquered and natural finishes are living finishes: they develop a warm patina as they react to air, water, and the touch of daily life. The piece you install will deepen in character over the years, telling the story of your home. Prefer a fixed tone? Our lacquered finishes hold their original luster.
How do I care for my Brassna fixtures?
Gently — that is all it takes. Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water, and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry to prevent water spots. Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners. No special kits required.
Can I keep the bright, golden shine?
Absolutely. To restore the original luster, polish gently with a quality brass polish or a natural lemon-and-baking-soda paste, then rinse and dry. Polishing simply resets the surface — the patina returns naturally over time. To slow the aging, a thin coat of carnauba wax or mineral oil helps.
Will every piece match perfectly?
Because each fixture is finished by hand, subtle variations in tone are natural — and intentional. Pieces in the same finish harmonize beautifully but are never machine-identical. Designers consider this the soul of handcrafted brass: it is what separates a Brassna bathroom from a mass-produced one.
Is it really solid brass — never plated?
Yes. Every Brassna fixture is solid, heavy-gauge brass throughout — never plated over cheaper metal. Plating chips, flakes, and peels; solid brass ages gracefully and lasts for generations. Our bathtubs are crafted from solid copper for the same reason.
Is Brassna safe for everyday use?
Our fixtures are crafted to be lead-free and safe for the home.
Will Brassna fixtures fit standard US plumbing?
Yes — our faucets install like any premium fixture, using standard connections. We recommend installation by a licensed plumber.
Where are Brassna fixtures made?
Each piece is handcrafted by master artisans in Marrakesh, Morocco — hand-poured, hammered, and finished using techniques passed down for generations.
How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?
Shipping is free worldwide via fully tracked DHL/UPS express. Typical delivery times:
- United States: 3–5 business days*

We offer a 60-day return policy. If a piece is not right for your space, return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange.
Are Brassna fixtures under warranty?
Yes — every fixture is backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can specify with complete confidence.
Do you offer custom orders and a trade program?
Yes. We create custom pieces and finishes on request, and our Trade Program offers dedicated pricing and support for designers, architects, and builders.
