Description +

Two basins, one sheet of copper, and roughly thirty thousand hammer strikes between them.

Crafted from solid-gauge copper — hand-hammered to a thickness that rings true. Pick it up and you’ll know the difference.

This double-bowl farmhouse sink is for kitchens that actually cook - one side for washing, one for draining, a divider low enough to slide a sheet pan across. It is raised from 14-gauge solid copper, never plated and never bonded to steel, so the metal you touch is the metal all the way through. Left unlacquered, it begins bright and warms over months into the deep russet that only real copper reaches.

Copper is naturally antimicrobial - it has been the working metal of serious kitchens for four hundred years, and it has not been improved upon.

Specifications: 14-gauge solid copper, hand-hammered basins and apron, 50/50 bowl split, farmhouse-apron installation, two standard 3.5" drain openings, sound-dampening pads pre-fitted, unlacquered.

Care takes seconds: rinse and dry. Skip bleach and abrasive creams, which strip patina back to raw metal and reset the clock on years of natural aging. Marks from a dropped pan or a knife blade will darken and disappear into the surface within a month, which is why copper suits a working kitchen better than any stone.

No two Brassna sinks are identical. Each hammer mark is placed with intention. Your sink will never look like your neighbor’s.

Questions & Answers

Everything you need to know

Does Brassna brass change color over time?

Yes — and that is the point. Our unlacquered and natural finishes are living finishes: they develop a warm patina as they react to air, water, and the touch of daily life. The piece you install will deepen in character over the years, telling the story of your home. Prefer a fixed tone? Our lacquered finishes hold their original luster.

How do I care for my Brassna fixtures?

Gently — that is all it takes. Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water, and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry to prevent water spots. Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners. No special kits required.

Can I keep the bright, golden shine?

Absolutely. To restore the original luster, polish gently with a quality brass polish or a natural lemon-and-baking-soda paste, then rinse and dry. Polishing simply resets the surface — the patina returns naturally over time. To slow the aging, a thin coat of carnauba wax or mineral oil helps.

Will every piece match perfectly?

Because each fixture is finished by hand, subtle variations in tone are natural — and intentional. Pieces in the same finish harmonize beautifully but are never machine-identical. Designers consider this the soul of handcrafted brass: it is what separates a Brassna bathroom from a mass-produced one.

Is it really solid brass — never plated?

Yes. Every Brassna fixture is solid, heavy-gauge brass throughout — never plated over cheaper metal. Plating chips, flakes, and peels; solid brass ages gracefully and lasts for generations. Our bathtubs are crafted from solid copper for the same reason.

Is Brassna safe for everyday use?

Our fixtures are crafted to be lead-free and safe for the home.

Will Brassna fixtures fit standard US plumbing?

Yes — our faucets install like any premium fixture, using standard connections. We recommend installation by a licensed plumber.

Where are Brassna fixtures made?

Each piece is handcrafted by master artisans in Marrakesh, Morocco — hand-poured, hammered, and finished using techniques passed down for generations.

How long does shipping take, and what does it cost?

Shipping is free worldwide via fully tracked DHL/UPS express. Typical delivery times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days*
  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Canada, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway: 4–8 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–10 business days
  • Singapore: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–14 business days

Because each piece is handcrafted, made-to-order items may take a little longer — we will always confirm timing before you commit. *U.S. orders: add your U.S. import note here.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return policy. If a piece is not right for your space, return it within 60 days for a refund or exchange.

Are Brassna fixtures under warranty?

Yes — every fixture is backed by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, so you can specify with complete confidence.

Do you offer custom orders and a trade program?

Yes. We create custom pieces and finishes on request, and our Trade Program offers dedicated pricing and support for designers, architects, and builders.
