Crafted from solid-gauge brass — hand-hammered to a thickness that rings true. Pick it up and you’ll know the difference.
This basin is built for that. It is compact enough for a room under a metre wide, hangs off the wall so the floor stays clear, and it is made entirely of solid brass - the bowl, the splashback and the integral bracket, all one continuous piece of metal.
Never plated. There is no ceramic here to chip and no steel to rust behind a coating. Unlacquered, so it will move from bright to warm gold over its first year, and a wipe with a dry cloth is the whole maintenance regime.

Installation is wall-mounted with supplied fixings and template; the integral bracket means no separate frame to hide - fix to solid backing or noggins between studs. Takes a wall-mounted tap or one through the splashback.

Does Brassna brass change color over time?
Yes — and that is the point. Our unlacquered and natural finishes are living finishes: they develop a warm patina as they react to air, water, and the touch of daily life. The piece you install will deepen in character over the years, telling the story of your home. Prefer a fixed tone? Our lacquered finishes hold their original luster.
How do I care for my Brassna fixtures?
Gently — that is all it takes. Wipe with a soft cloth, warm water, and a drop of mild dish soap, then dry to prevent water spots. Avoid bleach, ammonia, and abrasive cleaners. No special kits required.
Can I keep the bright, golden shine?
Absolutely. To restore the original luster, polish gently with a quality brass polish or a natural lemon-and-baking-soda paste, then rinse and dry. Polishing simply resets the surface — the patina returns naturally over time. To slow the aging, a thin coat of carnauba wax or mineral oil helps.
Will every piece match perfectly?
Because each fixture is finished by hand, subtle variations in tone are natural — and intentional. Pieces in the same finish harmonize beautifully but are never machine-identical. Designers consider this the soul of handcrafted brass: it is what separates a Brassna bathroom from a mass-produced one.
Is it really solid brass — never plated?
Yes. Every Brassna fixture is solid, heavy-gauge brass throughout — never plated over cheaper metal. Plating chips, flakes, and peels; solid brass ages gracefully and lasts for generations. Our bathtubs are crafted from solid copper for the same reason.
Is Brassna safe for everyday use?
